Recipe: How to make spaghetti with pesto and roquefort
Hi, this recipe will be structured in two parts. First the ingredients and then the procedure.
Ingredients:
-spaghetti -pesto
-oil -salt
-roquefort -milk cream
-parmigiano reggiano -grana padano
Procedure:
First boil the spaghetti in a saucepan full of water, a tablespoon of salt and a drizzle of oil, for 10 minutes and then leave in another dish to cool.
Once the spaghetti is done, take a frying pan and put pieces of Roquefort in it while it is heated over low heat.
When the Roquefort has melted, toss in the sour cream milk and set on high heat.
When the cream and Roquefort make "chup chup" pour the pesto and then the spaghetti and stir everything in the pan.
When everything is stirred, put it on a plate
Before eating spaghetti, I recommend two topics to add:
