Recipe: HOW TO DO THE PERFECT FRIED EGG!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1st You must take a little pan and put on 200ml of the Sunflower oil and de 50 ml of EVOO.

2nd Now you must wait a bit 2 m approximated, when you think the pan is hot, threw the egg on.

3rd  You have to this do very fast: threw the egg and cover the pan, why do we do this? we do that because the egg is better if it doesn’t have raw with it.

4th After, wait 30 seconds and remove the cover of the pan and put salt on the egg.

5th Now you must see if the edges of the egg are crispy.

6th When the edges are crispy, retire the egg and put it on a plate.

7th Finally,  you just have to put hot paprika on that…and we have the perfect egg

    Yesterday night, I tried to do your recipe, it was so easy to do and the final result was delicious! By the way, I have to say that I didn't put hot paprika on the egg because I don't like spicy, but my sister tried to eat it with hot paprika, and she told me that it was also delicious!

    Today, I do your recipe and i think that it's delicious because the parpika give to the egg a especial taste, and the recipe it's easy to do it. I think that you can add spices because i tried with more spices and was so delicious.

  5. Hi Aleix, I have always tried to reach perfection in everything, and I think that teaching us how to make the perfect fried egg is very useful.
    I also want to tell you that it is very difficult to get paprika, but even without paprika it was very good.
